Himalayan roots. Cellular memory.
I’m Sabina — and I’m passionate about self-knowledge and freedom. Yoga, meditation and the Tantric path have given me so much, and I’m here to pass it on.
My roots and lineage are Himalayan. I am in deep reverence to the South Asian elders who have preserved such beautiful traditions of self-knowledge and liberation.
This tradition belongs to everyone. I’m putting out a deliberate call to BIPOC and Indigenous communities.
This practice is open to everyone — with a deliberate call to BIPOC, South Asian, Indigenous, Black and Aboriginal communities, including the ones who found this recognition first on a dancefloor, in a warehouse, in queer and techno spaces, long before they ever found it on a mat.
Not as an afterthought. As an intention. Yoga was always a path of liberation. That means it belongs to all of us.
We are not free until we are all free.
What is taught here.
Tantra Yoga
Tantra is not what popular culture has made of it. It is a rigorous and precise path toward self-recognition and liberation — through direct experience of what you already are.
Hatha Yoga
The classical Hatha yoga tradition — its origins, its texts and its practice. Understanding what it was before the modern world reshaped it.
Pranayama
The breath is the bridge between body and mind. Taught here not as an add-on but as a core practice — from foundational awareness to refined technique.
Sound Immersion
Gongs and Himalayan bowls — ancient instruments that work together with yoga nidra to guide the recipient into altered states of consciousness. Ancient instruments. Profound effect.
What Aumthentic means.
Aum points to vibration — the subtle layers beyond words. Authentic speaks to truth lived, not performed. Together: a return to what is already there.
Invitational, not prescriptive.
Options always offered. Rest always welcomed. The practice meets you where you are.
