A place to be. To remember.
Practice rooted in the South Asian traditions of non-dual tantra — a living path of self-knowledge and freedom, through direct experience.
This is for the disruptors. A framework to support your dissidence.
A living path of Liberation.
This is a living path of self-knowledge and liberation through direct experience — this is an open invitation to those who would like to remember the inner technologies of the ancestors, carried from the South Asian heartland, with a deliberate call to those who have always built their own spaces, on their own terms.
Yoga outside of colonial power structures: you don’t need to wear Lululemon, have a yoga mat, or do repetitive sun salutations to practice.
Carried from
The South Asian heartland — taught with integrity, held with reverence.
Found again in
Dancefloors, fields, forests, warehouses, queer spaces — where communities have always made their own sacred ground.
Different containers, same recognition.
“I had a mind-blowing yoga practice with Sabina. It was slow and facilitated a deep inward gaze. During the breathwork, I wept and felt an infinite connection. I left feeling calm and sure of my place on this Earth.”

Journey Through
the Chakras
A 4-week course at Blithe Yoga, The Lighthouse & Gardens, Stratford
This course explores the chakras (pronounced chuk-rah, not shak-ra) — psycho-energetic centres along the central column. According to tantric teaching, they are not pre-existing structures but are installed via mantra, breath, and visualisation, with asana preparing the body and nervous system to sustain this work.
Over four weeks we’ll move through the chakras, working with practices that address the three granthis — Brahma, Vishnu, and Rudra — the psychic knots said to bind us to fixed thought patterns, loops, and the illusion of separation.
Rooted in non-dual tantric philosophy, expect a practice that blends asana with pranayama, mantra, and reflection — offering a way to explore the subtle body both on and off the mat.
